Hope did an awesome job with the cut she gave me. I went in at 6 o clock when they were supposed to close and i was not turned away. Thank you Ashley and Hope for staying open and also they were very professional and kept me with a smile the whole time! Great service thanks

I consider myself very lucky to have gotten an appointment with Senior Designer Sarah. She knew there was hope for my very short self cut hair and fixed me right up in prep for an event of mine. As people have said... she is amazing and will only do what she knows is best for a client. My head will be in her hands for the future. I'm retiring my scissors.

I came in for a color and cut and the cut was not short enough and the color looks red and I asked for her to make it lighter she is gonna cut more off but I feel as though I wasn't given the care I expected because I had a coupon. Wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Hopefully I can get it fixed if not I will never go back. I also gave my daughter a coupon and she went in they told her to look at magazines and someone will b right with her she waited 45 minutes with no acknowledgement so she ended up leaving and will never go back. Service could be a lot better

Went in for trim up of already short hair. Sign says $18 for shampoo and cut. Didn't even offer to shampoo my hair and I was still charged $18.
